  • Use of several compoundings of semi-finished products and dishes with a possibility of the choice necessary at the time of preparation. For difficult compoundings, the accounting mechanism "a dish in a dish" with an unlimited number of the nesting levels is implemented.
  • Maintaining the list of interchangeable products and its automatic use at write-off in production and formation of calculation cards.
  • Accounting of preparation of semi-finished products and dishes, and also quantity and the amounts of the ingredients which are written off in production, according to the compoundings got earlier, with a possibility of assessment of requirements of ingredients and their providing.
