Croc: Heterogeneous cloud infrastructure

Heterogeneous cloud infrastructure - a set of cloud services on the basis of technology platforms (shoulders) organized using products RedHat (The open source software, a hypervisor KVM), Cisco/VMware ESXi (hypervisor) and Microsoft Hyper-V (hypervisor).

On October 6, 2016 CROC provided heterogeneous cloud infrastructure for support of opportunities to the customers transferring systems to a cloud. As a part of the platform three technology shoulders, product-based RedHat, Cisco/VMware and Microsoft.

According to the statement of the company, each of platforms is focused on the solution of specific business challenges, and all infrastructure functions as a unit.

• The cloud shoulder on the basis of an open source code RedHat (KVM) - own development CROC, is used for placement of critical, exacting applications and services to performance with the greatest possible level of availability to them. Customers trust this shoulder ERP- the systems of an industrial class, big databases (for example 1C), the financial and analytical and processing systems. Due to use of powerful servers, additional services, disks with guaranteed high performance (up to 100 thousand IOPS) this cloud platform is capable "digest" any amounts of data.

• The cloud shoulder on the platform Microsoft is demanded by customers who most seriously approach requirements of regulators in the field of information security. The hypervisor Hyper-V is certified FSTEC according to the law "About Personal Data (PDN)" No. 152-FZ that is important for workflow systems and applications of a class HRMS and CRM. On the basis of this shoulder work of services from Microsoft on model SaaS — for example, the mail system Exchange, the tool of unified communications Skype for Business, the portal SharePoint, an application package will just be organized Office 365.

• The cloud platform of Cisco Powered IaaS (hypervisor of VMware of ESXi) is relevant for the companies interested in deployment from a cloud of contact centers, a video conferencing, monitoring of network infrastructures according to the scheme SaaS. And telecommunication solutions of vendor, cloud products of other telecom manufacturing, among them there are Avaya and Polycom. The hypervisor of VMware officially supports the software of most of world developers. Besides, Cisco Powered IaaS is suitable for deployment of the majority of business and critical applications in the companies of the enterprise level where are important seamless integration of IT infrastructure with a cloud, cost optimization on IT and risk minimization of loss of information.

CROC selects a suitable configuration of cloud shoulders for an optimal solution of business challenges of the customer. The offered services - within the uniform contract with uniform technical support service in two languages (Russian, English).

At the beginning of 2009 the Croc began to provide cloud infrastructure in lease. All these years we arrange our solution under customers for whom individual approach to their tasks is necessary. The main vectors of development of a cloud of CROC - disaster tolerance and the continuity of work of services, compliance to requirements of regulators, high performance and online access to additional computing resources. In work on these directions we made mistakes and achieved good results. One is clear: the cloud customer with advanced queries, with desire to integrate private clouds, outsourcing computing powers, to protect communication channels and to provide storage of images of virtual machines, will hardly find for himself the solution better, than in CROC.
