MyBox reduced the term of approval of payments using FinGrad

On October 13, 2016 the FinGrad company announced project completion on automation of treasury and budgeting for MyBOX network.

Before work with FinGrad approval of payments and reporting were carried out to MyBOX companies manually. It strongly complicated control. There was no clear understanding how many money the company has at present and also how many and when it is necessary to pay.

Project Results

Within the project specialists of FinGrad implemented following features:

  • approval of payments and budgets;
  • partial payment of requests;
  • budgeting;
  • approval of agreements;
  • import of data from Excel;
  • formation of financial statements: plan fact, BDDS;
  • e-mail notification.

In a project deliverable:

  • in "MyBox" completely refused manual approval;
  • speed of approval of payments was reduced from 1.5 weeks to 1-2 days;
  • the transparency and accuracy of the data increased;
  • operating control of money is exercised.

"Our company is present at 80 cities of Russia and interaction with regions always was a sore point. Often one request for an expense was approved 1.5 weeks. Each approving printed the request, put the visa and sent by e-mail to the following. At such scheme of work count as a result could be lost and remain unpaid".
