On October 20, 2016 the Food Union company reported about an implementation project of the automation system of mobile trade of MTCh.
Project Tasks
After introduction of food embargo by Russia, the Latvian holding Food Union purchased the Leningrad factory of ice cream - Cold-storage Facility of N1.
Today Food Union — one of the producers of ice cream, largest in the EU: we have capacities in Latvia (home platform), in Estonia, Norway, Romania and Denmark, build the milk-processing plant in China. The most popular brands of ice cream — Ekselence, Pols, Nu fruit — appeared on the Russian counters five years ago, since 2015 we prormote production of Cold-storage facility No. 1. Development of the St. Petersburg factory was begun with expansion of a line, rebranding and creation of a command of sales. Sales agents in Latvia are automated so we understood at once that we need gadgets too with the application which will help us to work quickly and conveniently. And still will save us from bureaucracy and will allow to receive quickly the reporting from fields. The Latvian program is not localized into Russian therefore we looked for the local supplier. |
Jointly made the decision for benefit of System Technologies company and as it is inconvenient to store information on own servers, a cloud service of ST-Mobi.com.
Project Results
The ST-Mobi.com service helped to analyze the working day of the sales representatives (SR). It became clear - what is the time leaves on visits and the road, the uniform model is developed, the rating of outlets in which the companies are separated into four types, for everyone — the timing and stages of a visit is created. Now at the heart of standards of the company - information on the basis of literal values.
Processes are automated:
- formation of the order (unloaded the operators accepting requests by e-mail).
- merchandising, including monitoring of the prices in real time.
- formation of routes of sales representatives.
- the photoreport before visit of "point".
Main objectives are achieved: the company obtains operational information from fields, work of employees is structured.
