Project Task

Business development and the increasing requirements to efficiency of consolidation of data for receiving by shareholders and top management of management information on results of activity of the enterprise defined requirement of the enterprise for the modern means supporting business process management.

With respect thereto in Heyneken Logistik Centre LLC the decision on implementation of an end-to-end information system which main objective there would be an ensuring unification of the accounting principles, ensuring centralized operation with data, creation accounting and the financial management reporting was made. Besides, the company needed the solution which support would not require involvement of highly qualified specialists and could be made by forces of IT department of the enterprise.

Solution

As the platform the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" was selected. For creation of an end-to-end information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected. This solution met functional requirements of the company, allowed to make necessary completions with optimal labor costs and in necessary terms. All development stages were supported by consultants from Microtest company. Microtest was selected by the partner in implementation thanks to presence at specialists of the company of experience of implementation of difficult projects in 1C on large enterprises with wide geography.

The main objectives of the project on the implementing solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" in "Logistik Centre Heineken" were: unification of the accounting principles, ensuring centralized operation with data, creation accounting and the financial management reporting, automation of a number of difficult business procedures (credit control of retail shipments, accounting of goods in a warehouse and goods in way using transit warehouses, carrying out transit transactions, etc.) and also preparation of base for system implementation of the reporting under the IFRS standards. Business sales process according to the scheme "preseyl", with exact separation of functionality on areas of responsibility of users was developed and implemented. The scheme of data exchange between the branches which are in the territory of other regions of the Russian Federation allowing to obtain data in a foreground mode is developed. Also completions concerned a part of accounting of the movement of a container, calculation of discounts for the program existing in the company.

The achieved result

Implementation of an information system in the set terms provided "Logistik Centre Heineken" the IT platform for further implementation of managerial tasks. So, after implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" in the company the schedule system of orders allowing to react more quickly to change of a situation in the regional markets was changed and to respectively reduce quantity of products returned on warehouses.

In addition now in the company the project on creation of an information system for sales department which will allow to use the advanced mobile technologies for control of activity of sales representatives is implemented and to provide to employees sales informations online.
