Project Task

The tools which are earlier used in Soy Center LLC company on the basis of Microsoft Excel and the previous versions of products 1C constrained business development in view of the limited opportunities. The purpose of implementation of a new information system was creation of the modern functionally saturated solution supporting all accounting transactions and business processes of the enterprise. It was necessary to provide top management of the head company with detailed information on activity of the enterprise: about quantity of stocks in warehouses, about a status of execution of orders and about shipments of products. Therefore Kubanyagroprod made strategic decision on implementation of the end-to-end accounting system which basis there was a 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Solution

The Baker of Tillie Rusaudit company having rich experience of setting and accounting provided development of methodological documents, formation of requirements to the organization of accounting in a system and also consulting concerning accounting methodology. The team of experts Microtest implemented all complex of works on implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management", including development of technical specifications, a software setup and completion of basic functionality according to requirements of the customer.

The received 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management configuration on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was the complete solution meeting the main requirements to management and accounting in Soy Center company. A system allows to organize the unified information system for management of activity of the enterprise and accounting of financial and economic activities for corporate, Russian and international standards.

Also specialists Microtest organized complex training of staff of the enterprise in work with the implemented solution and provided continuous consultations on all questions of operation of a system.

The achieved result

The implemented system allowed the management to see in real time the current situation on all activities and, respectively, to make more operational and reasoned decisions for increase in business performance.

The accounting system created in a project deliverable covers the following sections of activity of Soy Center company: intake of raw materials, its movement and transfer to production, finished product output and its implementation, cash flow, settlings with partners, direct costs of production, cost accounting of the made products. The functionality for accounting of receipt of services of third parties, the cost accounting of auxiliary production, an other income and expenses and calculation of a financial result of activities for the set period is also implemented. Regarding the organization of tax accounting the solution provides accounting on income tax and accounting of constants and temporary differences, reporting and tax declarations.
