Crimeatechnologies announced the tender for repair of DPC

2017: new tender

On December 12, 2017 it became known of continuation of construction of DPC for state agencies of the Crimea. Three more stages of development of engineering infrastructure will be required.

The DPC is under construction in Simferopol. Customer of works SUE Crimeatechnologies. The tender was started on November 22, 2017. Requests are accepted till December 22, 2017. Biddings are planned for December 25, 2017. The works in the project should be completed no later than May 31, 2018.

At the expense of DPC it is going to provide the round-the-clock information processing, necessary for the solution of managerial tasks of state agencies of the peninsula, to improve technical, organizational and information conditions of management and to provide efficiency of the decisions which are jointly made by officials.

The name of the tender means the second stage of "overhaul" of engineering infrastructure of the server premises of DPC, besides, that this infrastructure is designed in December, 2016.

The BricksIT company won the contract for design in May, 2016 for 1.36 million rubles. The first stage of "overhaul" from January to December, 2017 is implemented by Stroypodryad company. In total in the project four stages are planned.

According to the tender documentation the project provides repair not of infrastructure, and the building which under it is selected.

From documents of the state procurements posted on the website it is necessary that within creation of architectural and construction solutions the contractor needs to deliver and mount barrier of perimeter of DPC with arrangement of two gate, to repair one auxiliary premises.

Within creation of a system of the guaranteed regular power supply the course needs to deliver and mount a modular source of uninterrupted power supply, 14 power modules and two diesel generator units on pneumowheel.

For the contractor creation of a conditioning system and ventilation of air - delivery and installation of six wiring closets, three precision conditioners and 12 server cabinets.

In addition to listed: the organization of the alarm system and video surveillance, an automatic control system and monitoring of DPC^[1].

2016: tender for supply of equipment

On July 11, 2016 SUE Crimeatechnologies posted on the website of state procurements the tender for supply of equipment for the state information system "Data Processing Center of the Republic of Crimea" with the starting price of contract of 148.2 million rubles. The winner of competition will be defined at the end of August, 2016^[2].

According to the technical project the contractor should deliver to the customer three servers for virtual machines, five database servers, 40 servers of data storage and 46 more servers of three types.

Servers should be compatible to operating systems CentOS Debian Ubuntu ALTELL seOS VT, Astra Linux Special Edition and ROSA Enterprise Linux Server (RELS).

As a financing source the budget of the Republic of Crimea is specified.

The document package provided when opening tender on July 27, 2016 was changed on August 1. The previous editions of documents appear invalid. Among invalid there was also a feasibility statement on transaction — it did not freshen versions of this document at the time of the publication of material on the website of state procurements. In outdated justification the purchase purpose is noted — "provide implementation of the main action for creation of the state information system "Data Processing Center of the Republic of Crimea" within the subprogramme "Informatization of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Crimea" of the State program of the Republic of Crimea Information society. A purchase financing source - the selected subsidies for accomplishment of the state program.

For November 2, 2016 the tender is held, the contractor is defined. Winner Telekom21 company.
