Shtrabag integrated telephony of the Moscow representative office into office of the head company

On November 3, 2016 announced LanKey system integrator the complex project of start the IP telephony and a LAN at new office of the Moscow representative office of SE Strabag concern and integration with IT infrastructure of head office in Vienna.

Project Tasks

Shtrabag Ltd is affiliated enterprise and the Russian representative office of the European construction concern STRABAG SE. For increase in efficiency of communications between the European offices of the company in the building of the Russian representative office it was required to create the failsafe system of telephony and to integrate in a single network with the Austrian office of the parent company.

Project Progress

Acting with a LAN the customer organized on the basis of the Extreme Networks switches. The Avaya Aura IP PBX installed at the central office of concern in Austria operated as telephone exchange.

At former Moscow office of concern telephony acted on the equipment Cisco Communication Manager Express and Siemens that did not conform to corporate standards of communication of the customer. Having studied terms of reference of the customer, specialists of integrator developed the project of creation the IP telephony and integration of a LAN into a single multiservice network.

For project implementation specialists of LanKey:

• integrated all LAN elements of the Moscow offices in a single network,
• integrated IP telephony on the platform Cisco and Siemens with the IP PBX Avaya Aura in Austria,
• created a telephone system on 200 subscribers for head office of the company in Moscow taking into account the otkazoustochivy gateway G450.

For observance of corporate standards of communication executed migration on Avaya IP telephony with installation of the exchange service stations Avaya at the Russian office and integration into communication systems at head office in Vienna.

Project Results

The multiservice network integrating in single telecommunication system network infrastructures and communication systems of the Moscow representative office of Strabag of SE with head division in Vienna became a project deliverable.
