2018: Increase in number of shops on service in Maykor-BTE

On June 18, 2018 the Maykor company announced Maykor-BTE cooperation increase, specializing in service of the bank equipment, the engineering systems and IT infrastructures with the French retailer Auchan on rendering services of complex outsourcing of technical operation of shops. Thanks to this contract the number of objects of Auchan Retail company Russia on service in Maykor-BTE increased from 3 to 21.

This project with Auchan network is started in May, 2018 and Auchan and also the ATAK shops with a total area of 107,282 sq.m. in Moscow and the Moscow region means technical support of hypermarkets and supermarkets. Additional 18 objects include 4 Auchan hypermarkets and 2 hypermarkets of the City format, 12 ATAK shops.

Complex technical exploitation of the engineering systems and the equipment, including power supply systems and lighting, ventilation and conditioning, heat supply and gas supply, water supply and water disposal, automation and scheduling, the system of technology and commercial cold, load-lifting mechanisms and also the production culinary equipment enters a range of services of Maykor-BTE rendered for retail network.

Let's remind that within earlier signed contracts in 2016-2017 Maykor-BTE continues to service shops of Auchan network across Russia: in Krasnogorsk, Ivanovo and Tyumen.

2016: Implementation of service of support of engineering infrastructure of hypermarkets

On November 9, 2016 MAYKOR announced implementation of service of support of engineering infrastructure of Auchan hypermarkets in Krasnogorsk and Ivanovo.

Systems providing functioning of trading floors, technical zones, a parking and roofs with a total area more than 190 thousand sq.m. are sent to the outsourcer to operation.

The project means accomplishment of a full range of obligations for technical operation of water supply systems, power supply, ventilation and conditioning – from maintaining technical documentation and interaction with regulatory authorities before preventive sanitation, adjustment, adjustment and the round-the-clock response to emergency situations. For fulfillment of requirements of SLA under the contract the round-the-clock scheduling of works and watch of employees of the outsourcer on objects is organized.
