Sochi State University completed automation of operational accounting

On November 10, 2016 the Alfa-Soft company announced product introduction of accounting of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and the personnel of public institution 8" in FSBEI IN Sochi State University.

Project Tasks

At the university 800 people – professorate, teachers, scientists, technical, administrative, production and educational support personnel work. More than one thousand personnel documents are monthly processed. Employees need to calculate the salary taking into account different criteria – sovmeshcheniye, substitutions, financing sources, etc.

Annually in FSBEI VO SGU 1.2 thousand students study at budget departments ~. For them it is necessary to calculate timely the academic grants and other payments (social grants, surcharges to graduate students, presidential grants, etc.). Nearly 1.8 thousand more people study at the university and college at a paid basis - the university needs to control providing paid services, a timely payment receipt.

The regular reporting on salary accrual and grants, the movement of the personnel and the contingent of pupils in the PFHD ASU federal service ("The automated control system for plans of financial and economic activity the" of the educational organizations of the higher education subordinated to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation) - one more task facing the management of university.

Before the regulated and personnel records, payrolls were conducted in different information systems. On execution of personnel orders and payroll calculation a lot of time left, there was a confusion at submission of reports to regulatory authorities. Reports for the Ministry of Education and Science prepared manually, in spreadsheets. Data on students in dean's offices, selection committee and settlement department were desynchronized. For preparation of reports on receivables for the management it was spent till several working days.

The management of FSBEI VO SGU made the decision on transition to an information system for simplification of personnel records, acceleration of charge of salaries and grants, gain of control of settlings with students on a paid basis, the organization of operational providing data in the PFHD ASU federal service.

Project Progress

For the solution of assigned tasks selected systems from university 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and personnel of public institution 8". The partner in implementation became Alpha Software.

The project is executed within two months. By software it is installed in 20 workplaces – in accounting, HR department and planning department of the university.

Project Results

The new system created on the basis of solutions 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 and "1C: Payroll and personnel of public institution 8", completely met our expectations. Now we can take timely measures to unconditional accomplishment of all solutions Ministries of Education of the Russian Federation on the social obligations set before employees and students of the university and college. Control of settlement with students, more became simpler than time of processing of primary documents (orders) on receipt, movement and expel of students was reduced by 80-90%. There was an opportunity more quickly to identify non-payers and to transfer data for further work to legal department – earlier on preparation of such reports several days left.
