ALROSA completed reorganization of office space

On November 10, 2016 the Croc company announced creation of smart office by request of the state mining company "ALROSA".

Project Tasks

The Russian state mining company "ALROSA" purchased the office building in Moscow. It was required to provide office premises engineering, IT and multimedia systems.

Project Progress

Specialists Croc created the automated building using energy efficient technologies.

For providing the due security level of employees and guests of office, the company contractor organized a control and management system for access into which 157 surveillance cameras, more than 2 thousand sensors of the fire warning, security and disturbing signaling, the warning system and managements of evacuation, devices of biometric recognition of the personality on 3D - projections of the person are integrated.

For fast admission to auxiliary premises the system of the automated storage of keys allowing to remove excessive functionality from a security service is installed, saving recording of events. Entrance on the underground parking of office is equipped with the system of recognition of car numbers.

For monitoring and management of smart office Croc created the uniform dispatching office integrated with the engineering systems of the building. A system will timely warn the manager about threat of failures or accidents.

In the afternoon conditioning systems, ventilation and heating support comfortable working conditions of employees and adjust temperature depending on seasonal conditions. At night automatic equipment transfers systems to the economical mode of energy consumption.

In corridors of office ALROSA Croc set "smart" lighting. A number of premises, including a conference room and the place of public catering, are equipped with personal control panels light, a microclimate and curtains, with individual scenarios of work.

For meetings with remote offices at high technology level, in the building modern multimedia systems are installed. They help with operational acceptance of management decisions, saving time of employees and cutting down expenses on business trips. In addition to a video conferencing, Croc implemented a congress system with a possibility of synchronous translation. It helps to manage meetings with a large number of participants, including foreign colleagues. For improvement of visual sensation of documents by participants of meetings, personal sliding monitors are built in a negotiating table of a conference room. On them information output to videowalls can be duplicated.

Project Results

At office of 11.4 thousand m ² 350 employees work. The implemented engineering systems help to manage effectively the building, optimizing loading of service staff and saving resources by means of use of energy-saving technologies. During the project are implemented 14 engineering and multimedia systems.

Before division of the company occupied both own, and leased areas, the shortage of premises was felt. The new office simplified interaction in the Moscow branch of management company, having brought together employees in one place. Security and comfort of employees and also economy of energy resources were important requirements to equipment of new office.
