Rostec received "Service 360"

On November 22, 2016 the press service of Servionica company announced the project of delivery of services within Service 360 service for Rostec state corporation.

Within the solution of assigned tasks the uniform service IT infrastructure executing a broad spectrum of actions for information security support, maintenance of effective interaction of the companies of Rostec, reducing the cost of operation and development of IT infrastructure and business applications is created.

Project Results

Determined by criterion of success of the project of delivery of Service 360 service of the company growth of loyalty and performance of users of corporate IT systems and applications. According to estimates of experts, it reached 20%. In a basis:

• convenient, intuitive interfaces,
• possibilities of seamless switching between corporate applications,
• ensuring the protected mobile access to IT services of state corporation.

The solution created by our specialists allows to change the principles of the organization of work with corporate systems of Rostec, having passed to the centralized service model.
