The 3PL Logistic logistic complex is automated by the InStock WMS system

Capacity of a warehouse increased up to 60,000 lines in 1.5 months since the beginning of integration of WMS.

The warehouse represents the modern one-storey heated building from easy metalwork and sandwich panels. The logistic complex is capable to provide requirements of the most wide range of clients, beginning from storage of large-size loads and before close-meshed storage.

Before integration a number of the main objectives was defined. First, it was necessary to organize high capacity of a complex on small-pieces selection (from 60,000 lines in change at the beginning and with perspective of increase up to 120-150 thousand lines). Secondly, to provide possibilities of shipment by piece, boxed and pallet quantities in serious scales. Thirdly, one of the main features of the company is its specialization as operator of safe custody in general, and in particular as operator the answer. storages pharm. For the purpose of ensuring high performance of selection, on the mezzanine the pipeline, with built in the divertom which are pushing out a box to sectors of selection on the basis of data from InStock WMS – deadlock branches of the pipeline is installed. The pipeline has the built-in scales with diverty and a branch in each point of weight control. The specialized places of control of InStock WMS integrated with the pipeline allow to implement it. Effectively to organize work with goods for pallet boxed and piece quantities, in a warehouse selection zones are selected pallet, boxed and piece (the mezzanine with the pipeline). The order automatically breaks into tasks on these zones, according to the selected quantities. For each floor of the mezzanine the separate mixed pallet which after hit on the floor, is decomposed on streams of shelf gravitational racks forms so that to provide a uniform load on each sorter on the pipeline is the separate uncommon task solved in InStock WMS

Replenishment of goods from a pallet zone in boxed, and from a boxed zone to the mezzanine at which tasks of replenishment are performed taking into account complex requirements of all zones in InStock WMS are called Cascade replenishments. In warehouse 3PL Logistic the technology of cascade replenishments allows not only to reduce considerably quantity of tasks of replenishments, but also to fill up the mezzanine in time, without allowing situations of lack of goods on the mezzanine.

For different bailors – clients of 3PL Logistic different rules of a tovaroobrabotka are configured. InStock WMS offers very flexibly configured instrument of account of lots and selection on batches. The order can come without batch and then WMS will pick up goods with the most suitable batch and will report what batch is shipped. But the order can come also to goods with certain lot-based signs, and to goods with signs except defined (for example, prohibition of certain series in the specific region) and in any combinations: in warehouse 3PL Logistic just the same goods, it is allowed to them to ship are shipped.

Process of automatic calculation of the executed services in warehouse 3PL Logistic where there are a storage and processing of goods in pallet, boxed and piece zones, considers all features of merchandising and customer orders. The number of services and their variation are not limited in InStock WMS, and are configured parametrically, without programming, independently the administrator of WMS of the client.

In warehouse 3PL Logistic each transaction is estimated in points that allows to calculate and compare the total points gained by workers in a change/month irrespective of the fact which they performed works.
