Center of Khrunichev implemented the system of quality improvement of financial management

On November 23, 2016 the Croc company announced transfer of 8 branches and head office on a single system of financial and economic management based on software of 1C.

Project Results

Now the enterprise and its branches keep accounting and tax accounting and prepare individual summary statements (RAS, on income tax, the VAT, statistical, departmental) in a single system by uniform rules in the automatic mode, work on the standardized practicians of management, conduct a uniform agreement base and partners with uniform financial reference books. Functions of control over payments, interfilial calculations and reception-transmission of costs between productions are automated. The management of the enterprise has an opportunity to quickly keep track of cost value of products taking into account all standards adopted at the enterprises of the defense industry complex (DIC), including, FZ-275 "About the state defense order" as on all production chain the end-to-end job order cost accounting and expense control is adjusted.

Now Khrunichev's Center does not spend time for reconciliation and consolidation of the separate accounting systems, including the western production given from tens any more. With implementation of a new system about 65 separate applications for accounting are substituted, also the number of manual operations on data collection was reduced that lowered load of accounting, economic and financial services.

Total number of users - about 2300 people, including the staff of the centers of the financial responsibility of the enterprises, economical and contractual services, accounting and also purchasers, financiers and storekeepers.

The implemented solution is constructed based on products of 1C Company: 1C: Holding Management and 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. The tool is placed in virtual environment of data center of parent organization with remote secure access of branches. Integration into production applications of the enterprises (SCMo, FoxPro, own developments) allows to exclude duplication of information.

Participation in the Infosoft project

The Infosoft company performed in the project works under operational management and on methodology of CROC Inc. Ltd company answering for: 1. Requirements gathering, design, development, testing and trial operation of a subsystem "Accounting and the reporting" regarding functional units:

  • Accounting of VNA, OS, intangible assets
  • Accounting of DRBP
  • Accounting of ZP and settlings with employees
  • Accounting of agreements and settlement
  • Accounting on income tax
  • Financial accounting. result and formation of individual statements
  • Summary accounting of VHR

2. Implementation of the designed accounting blocks in the Center (Head office, RKZ, CB Salyut, ZERKT);

3. Implementation of ISFEU on branches: Software "Weeds" (Omsk), CB Armatura (Kovrov).

Providing to management of the company of the necessary information providing achievement of the following purposes of the enterprise was a problem of implementation:

  • decrease in product cost;
  • ensuring obtaining operational and reliable information for acceptance of management decisions;
  • providing a common information space on functionality of the financial and economic block of the enterprise.

Achievement of the specified purposes was provided for the account:

  • operating control over actually incured costs for accomplishment of production orders with necessary analytics (the partner, the account order, the cost item, the period, etc.);
  • creations of end-to-end process of management of cost value at all stages of accomplishment of production orders (orders of branches, internal orders for the main production) with necessary analytics;
  • creations of effective schedule system and control over expenses from the moment of emergence of obligations before their payment (verification of the agreement and primary documents on compliance to planned limits);
  • creations of effective schedule system and control over payments at all levels of management of the State Research and Production Space Center on all chain;
  • possibilities of providing the actual credentials for the plan fact of control of budget implementation of expenses for divisions and cost items;
  • decrease in labor costs on accomplishment of routine transactions when accounting, reporting, cost management, cash management, accounting of contract activities;
  • standardization of processes of accounting, cost accounting, preparation of the reporting, work with agreements and cash managements of the State Research and Production Space Center to them M.V. Khrunicheva;
  • effective management of agreements;
  • reductions of receivables of the enterprise;
  • ensuring operational planning of money (payment schedule) with the horizon from day to one year, with an ability to manage the foreign exchange positions;
  • quality improvements of control over checking accounts of all divisions;
  • reductions of terms of preparation of accounting and tax monthly records (up to 20 days);
  • reduction in cost of ownership of information systems;
  • cutting of costs for support and development of information systems, due to use of the software adapted for accounting according to the Russian standards of accounting and tax accounting.
