Vocord the Video expert is accepted as the instrument of examination by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation

The software product will be applied to detailed systems analysis of a photo and video content of VOKORD Video expert of Vokord company by laboratories of judicial examination of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.

Under the public contract the partner of Vokord company delivered six software licenses "VOKORD Video Expert" in the Russian Federal Center of Judicial Examinations (RFCJE) which logs in judicial and expert organizations of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. The main direction it activity is conducting judicial examinations and expert researches on tasks of the courts, other departments and officials considering cases of administrative offenses. RFTsSE executes the most difficult and repeated examinations on the instructions of any investigating body or court of the Russian Federation.

The VOKORD Video Expert program eliminates compression artifacts, suppresses the noise characteristic at shooting in adverse conditions, considerably improves the greased and darkened photos, performs simultaneous support of video and statistical data of a flow; allows to receive well distinguishable images on the darkened and peresvetlenny sections without loss of information. Also VOKORD Video expert adjusts the facsimiles removed in strong kontrovy light by nonlinear alignment of brightness and adaptive dynamic super loudness. The possibility of creation of own chains of the sequences of applicable filters which can be used as separately everyone, and all at the same time is provided.

The software package is applied to detailed processing and systems analysis of a photo and video content, allows to elicit the facts of installation and counterfeits in the automatic mode, to improve quality of a photo and video, to carry out portrait expertize using 3D - technologies, allowing to improve the image to readability degree.

Using the software package "VOKORD Video Expert" forensic experts conduct complex researches photo and videos which are provided in court as proofs. Let's remind that according to the Federal law of 4/26/2016 No. 114-FZ digital content is evidential base on cases of administrative offenses.
