"An atrium Innoveyshens Rus" executed upgrade of the accounting system

2017

On September 28, 2017 the Homnet Consulting company announced the implementing solution "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" in Atrium of Innoveyshens of RUS company.

Due to the need to expand functionality of the accounting and taxation system, the Atrium of Innoveyshens of RUS company made the decision to perform upgrade of the operating system and to implement the solution "1C: Accounting 8 CORP" with preserving of functionality on reporting according to IFRS (the module Homnet: IFRS).

During cooperation "the Atrium of Innoveyshens of RUS" and Homnet Consulting in the pharmaceutical company are implemented the solution integration module "1C: Accounting" and the systems of CitiDirect Online Banking Express Internet bank and also a system "by Homnet: IFRS".

On November 28, 2016 the Homnet Consulting company announced the implementing solution "1C: Accounting PROF" and the systems of CitiDirect Online Banking Express Internet bank in Atrium of Innoveyshens of RUS company.

Project Results

The possibility of unloading of payment documents from 1C base in the external file in the format suitable for CitiDirect was implemented.

Implementation of the module "CitiDirect" allowed:

• to automatically unload payment orders from an accounting system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in the CitiDirect Online Banking Express system;
• control payment of payment documents;
• trace outgoing and incoming payments with indication of the corresponding payment orders;
• create the payment order on the basis of the statement and to quickly carry out it.

Integration of systems allowed to simplify and accelerate work of staff of department of accounting - there is no need to enter data on payments two times (in 1C and in the client bank) that reduced a set-up time of documents.
