On December 8, 2016 the Consist Business Group company announced project completion of implementation of the information management system by personnel in "Rusagro Group.
Project Tasks
Several years one of the main strategic objectives of Rusagro company - development of a human capital and, as a result, improvement of technologies of personnel management. In the conditions of the growing production the holding needed a modern information system.
The partner in the project of automation chose a command of Consist Business Group. As a core selected the ETWeb Enterprise system.
The main objective of the project of Rusagro - automation of HR processes of the company, ensuring transparency of a system of personel assessment. In an implementation project examination of Hay Group and Hogan Assessments is used.
Project Progress
During the project the HR methodology of complex assessment - own development of Rusagro Group is automated. In the project the functionality which is built in a system, add-on functional units developed by experts of the contractor is used. In addition to system implementation of personel assessment the mechanism of the description and assessment of a position, process of their approval is developed and automated.
Project Results
Without timely reforming of the HR function, namely: increases in level of its automation, – dynamics of changes in our company would not allow to save and increase efficiency of business processes of the company. Today, according to the results of joint work with a command of Consist Business Group, we with confidence look forward and we trust the information system which helps us to manage effectively a command from more than 7500 employees. |
A new system allowed Rusagro Group to lift personnel management to new level, changing a role of the HR manager from the personnel administrator to a role of the business partner. Professionalism and commitment of an implementation team from the customer helped us to create jointly an optimal and interesting solution which will support one of the most important sections of business management of the Russian producer – personnel management. |
In the closest plans of the company – further work with the system of assessment and personnel development and also development of the block of HR analytics. Using a new information system the company already spent several full strokes of complex personel assessment. A system is successfully implemented in all enterprises of agroholding. Now the task to make a system "is closer to people", and, of course, to heads. A system should become the daily satellite for acceptance of the high-quality management decisions concerning personnel of the Rusagro Group. |
