On December 8, 2016 SUMMER company announced implementation of an electronic management system for queue in Metallurg commercial bank.
Project Tasks
To bank department the solution ESUO with minimum a set of hardware elements was required.
Project Progress
In a project deliverable are set:
- booth registrar,
- main information display
- module of management of the main information display.
The full-fledged working management system for a flow of clients is unrolled in three hours from the moment of supply of equipment.
Project Results
Daily a system creates reports for work of an electronic queue, providing information on the number of the registered and serviced clients, a real flow of visitors, demand of certain services and statistics of work of operators regarding satisfaction of visitors with service quality.
