In December, 2016 Linxdatacenter announced certification of own data center in Moscow on compliance to the PCI DSS standard. The standard is developed by Council for the standards of security of the industry of payment cards (Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, PCI SSC) founded by international payment systems of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover. For compliance to the PCI DSS standard in data center a number of measures for gain physical bezopasnost was implemented.

In particular, the company booked internal audit, upgraded a security complex and also a video surveillance system and control of perimeters of DPC, complicated mechanics of access to its machine halls. Investment volume into development of security systems of data center was more p30 of one million. External audit of DPC on compliance of PCI DSS was booked by Digital Compliance company, Digital Security affiliated firm, the Russian consulting company working in information security field. Issue to data center of Linxdatacenter in Moscow of the certificate of compliance of PCI DSS became result of check. Check confirmed that Linxdatacenter provides the proper level of physical protection of information infrastructure, and all safety management processes of personal data of holders of payment cards are implemented in data center up to standard. As expected, existence of the certificate of compliance will allow the company to expand a pool of customers from among the companies of the financial sector.

In December, 2015 the same status the data processing center in St. Petersburg was awarded. Certification term on compliance to requirements of PCI DSS is 12 months after which carrying out repeated audit is required. According to regulations of PCI DSS, during all term of certification of the company auditors are also obliged to carry out the additional inspections and tests of resistance to stress guaranteeing high degree of reliability of DPC.
