On December 13, 2016 the Softline Ukraine company announced providing the Dnieper city council with G Suite services.
Choosing a Solution
To provide effective communications between employees, council needed the modern and productive platform integrating services of instant messages, e-mail, calendars, means of work with documents. The partner selected the Softline Ukraine company having extensive examination in the field of IT including on implementation of cloud services.
Project Progress
Specialists of Softline suggested the customer to use the solution G Suite (ex. Google Apps for Work). The tool kit allows to work with e-mail, to keep calendars, to communicate in text and video chats, to create documents and websites, to store important data in a cloud and to work comfortably on any devices. The administrator's console provided in the solution gives the chance to configure operation of applications and necessary degree of security.
The efficiency of joint work of employees was as a result increased and time of acceptance of management decisions is reduced.
