Association of clusters and technoparks

The association of clusters and technoparks of Russia is formed in 2011. The association represents the interests of the members in relationship with federal public authorities and local government, assists members of Association in the solution of social, economic, scientific and technical, managerial problems.

More than 90 organizations are a part of Association including: Technopolice "Moscow", technopark Skolkovo, technopark Mordovia, Novosibirsk Academpark, the enterprises are the specialized organizations of industrial clusters such as Natsionalny aerozolny klaster LLC, Special economic zones there are an Alabuga SEZ, "Innopolis SEZ", the Moglino SEZ and other subjects of a small and medium knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship (the centers of cluster development, business incubators, the centers of prototyping, the nanotechnology centers, the engineering centers, the centers of collective use) representing 44 regions in all federal districts of the Russian Federation.

The association consolidates efforts of the innovation community, the enterprises of industry and public authorities for the purpose of substantial increase of efficiency of the infrastructure providing commercialization of results of scientific research and mastering of new technologies.

The association is a developer of the National Standard of the Russian Federation "Technoparks. Requirements" GOST 56425 — 2015, the owner of the Standard of technopark on the basis of which in Russia accreditation of technoparks is carried out. Accreditation of technoparks is confirmation of accuracy of the information on technopark and quality of the rendered services of technopark by management company to its residents.

The association is an operator of content regarding industrial technoparks and industrial clusters of the Geographic information system "Industrial parks, industrial clusters and technoparks of Russia".
