"The Eurasian economic commission" implemented a hardware and software system of the multimedia systems

On December 12, 2016 the Croc company announced creation of a complex of multimedia infrastructure by request of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC).

Within development of trade and economic relations between the countries of EEU the tool for remote interaction of experts was required.

Project Progress

Croc created a hardware and software system of the modern multimedia systems (PAKMS). He helps to carry out video conferences with a large number of participants from the different countries, together with them to work on documents and to manage effectively meetings. Multimedia solutions are implemented in 4 halls of meetings, the press center, several tens meeting rooms, a videostudio and offices of the heads located at two offices of ECE in Moscow.

Were a part of PAKMS:

• 10 IT systems, including which:
  • a congress system with synchronous translation,
  • system of unified communications Cisco Jabber,
  • video conferencing (VIDEOCONFERENCING),
  • booking system of all premises, etc.

For negotiations of the high level the studio of telepresence on the platform of Cisco technologies is organized.

Project Results

Experts of ECE daily discuss a large number of issues and make all decisions jointly. The efficiency of their interaction at the same time plays a fundamental role. The implemented IT tools allowed not only to create a unified communicative environment for effective work of staff of ECE, but also to optimize their working time — at the same time to increase availability of each expert regardless of his location. For years of work the Croc company created more than 3 thousand audiovisions and solutions VIDEOCONFERENCING of different scale. We were glad to share long-term experience in a part of creation of the difficult integrated multimedia infrastructures with ECE and to create new opportunities for fast and convenient internal and external communication for the customer.
