14 company of 2016 Tele2 company announced system implementation of automation and control of sales in alternative retail. The software solution "ST of Chicago" developed by Sistemnye Tekhnologii Group allowed to optimize work of sales representatives, to increase customer service quality and to reduce costs for management of agency network.
Project Progress
Start of transactions in regions and opening of new sales channels pushed the company to search of the innovative solutions for agent activities optimization. Less than in a year specialists managed to implement the automation system of sales — from development of the idea and pilot testing before distribution for all regions of Tele2.
Project Results
The solution "ST of Chicago"" helped to automate business processes in non-core retail. On tablets of all agents of Tele2 the special application allowing to monitor in real time presence of goods at the dealer is installed. On arrival on a point sales representatives can quickly enter data into the system using scanning of a barcode or photography of SIM cards — before number rewrote manually. Thanks to solution integration with billing employees of Tele2 precisely know what number of SIM cards was activated by users.
Using a system the company can not only effectively plan sales process, but also estimate work of retail outlets and by that to raise the service level. So, one of sections of the application allows the agent to carry out audit, to create the photoreport or to fill out the questionnaire about quality of operation of the module. "ST Chicago" consolidates all data arriving from billing and sales agents and provides to the management access to any information on transactions in retail outlets.
One of advantages of a new system is the possibility of the agent to select the most convenient route of movement and thus to save time. In turn, the ST Locator function which monitors movement of sales representatives and creates information reports is available to employees of Tele2. It helps to estimate efficiency of agents and on the basis of data retrieveds to build the system of their motivation.
