"The Moscow state medico-dental university" implemented an end-to-end system based on Parus

On December 21, 2016 the Sovintekh company, the partner "Parus Corporations, announced implementation of an end-to-end system based on Parus at the Moscow state medico-dental university of A.I. Evdokimov, based on software "Parus — the Budget 8".

Project Progress

More than 100 users — the staff of financial and economic management, department of logistics, contractual department, accounting, personnel department, hostels, dining rooms and cash desks work with a system.

In a project deliverable in a system accounting of income and expenses by this directions, separate accounting of inventory items was implemented that allows to control stock balance as by types of Inventories (household goods, fuels and lubricants, food and other), and on types of activity.

Process of formation of agreements also became simpler due to preset tuning of necessary templates for all agreement types — on delivery of goods, rendering services, paid training, advanced training, carrying out research works. As a result the labor input of accounting of agreements and settlement with suppliers, customers, students, personnel is reduced several times. Planning processes, distributions of money, formations of FOT, statistical and analytical reporting are automated. In a system account of students, graduate students is kept, and in dean's offices orders on charge of grants form.

"We constructed process of automation on the platform Parus as in this software product all necessary functionality which allows to keep account within the standards applied to state-funded educational institutions is put. Besides, the possibility of thin setup of a system taking into account the current changes of the regulatory base, specifics of activity of structural divisions of the university and different employee categories is of great importance for us. For example, at the heart of settlement processes of the salary and personnel management in our organization rather difficult algorithms connected with industry features of compensation and big teaching staff, academicians, employees — together with their students of more than 10,000 people lie. Data on all participants of educational process and their activity are reflected in a system. It is clear, that the automated processing of such information volume is possible only based on the powerful platform differing in high scalability and high-speed performance".
