Halyk Bank Georgia implements RBS

On December 19, 2016 the press service of R-Style Softlab company announced the project of creation of the RBS system for physical persons and legal entities by request of JSC Halyk Bank Gruziya. At the heart of the project the omnichannel platform of the Polish IT holding Asseco Group.

Project Progress

R-Style Softlab announced the first sale of the solution of an IT product of Asseco Group holding in financial institution of Georgia. The company announced an exit to IT market for the financial industry of the states of the neighboring countries with products of holding in September, 2016.

In Georgia R-Style Softlab develops the activity on the platform of the member of Asseco Group — local company Asseco Georgia. In the specific project the staff of the Georgian company will be involved in implementation processes that will allow the Russian company to solve more quickly problems "on site", and in further Asseco Georgia will represent the first support line for bank.

In JSC Halyk Bank Gruziya the solution for remote customer service on the basis of a single omnichannel platform from Asseco Group including the Internet client and mobile banking for individuals (DEF3000/CBP) and Internet bank for legal entities (DEF3000/CEB) will be developed and implemented. Along with standard information and payment services input of credit and other requests, management of card products and also services of automatic payment of utilities, taxes and penalties on the basis of the bills which are made out by the relevant organizations will become available to clients of credit institution.

Modern channels of remote service will allow bank to reach qualitatively other level of business, to increase the customer base and to approve the positions among the leading players in financial market of Georgia. At the first stage of the project which is going to be completed in April, 2017 the Internet client and mobile bank for individuals will be brought into operation. At the second stage in September, 2017 it is supposed to enter into work Internet bank for legal entities. Further the IT company will render to bank maintenance services and to development of a system.

The trend of the last tenders in the neighboring countries shows that presence of the partner in the territory of the country of maintaining the project is one of the defining criteria for financial institutions when choosing the supplier of the necessary solution. With assistance of Asseco Georgia we are ready to implement in the Georgian banks projects in the area not only remote and front office service, but also BI analytics, risk management, a fraud monitoring and automation of back office activity.
