Rework of safety event logging system

The company "ProgramBank" has finalized the system for logging security events in its decision "ProgramBank. FrontOffice." This important update was made at the request of one of the company's customers - a bank that sought to improve monitoring and control over the work of its divisions. The company announced this on June 5, 2024.

The added functionality allows the bank not only to monitor in detail the actions of users within the system, but also to conveniently aggregate and present these events for control. It is now easy for supervisors and department managers to determine who made the settings changes and when. This is especially important for understanding the reasons that could affect the results of operations or cause malfunctions. A new step in the development of the logging and control system helps to quickly identify and fix problems, as well as ensures a high level of security and transparency of internal processes.

This feature is available for all systems based on the ProgramBank. FrontOffice platform, which makes it a universal solution for all our customers. The system is already included in the Register of Russian Software (RPO), which confirms its compliance with high quality and safety standards.

Ability to receive information about the personal account status of an individual in the EME

On June 4, 2024, ProgramBank announced the introduction of an additional function in its ProgramBank. FrontOffice solution. Now banks can receive information about the state of the personal account of an individual in the Social Fund of Russia (EMF) through the "Digital Profile of a Citizen." This refinement was implemented in order to improve the process of analyzing and evaluating loan applications.

The addition allows banks to request customer data directly through the EME, receiving statements about places of work and incoming funds. This makes it possible to assess the employment and financial stability of clients without the need for them to provide income and employment certificates. As a result, banks can more accurately and quickly confirm the employment and income of customers, which significantly speeds up the process of considering loan applications and improves the quality of the assessment of solvency.

The convenience of this feature is that customers no longer need to collect and provide income and employment certificates, and banks do not need to verify their authenticity. This not only saves time and resources, but also increases the level of trust and transparency in the relationship between the bank and the client.

Add fields to customer card and purchase requisition

ProgramBank.ABS supports RUTDF 5.0 format. This was announced by ProgramBank on September 19, 2023. Changes have also been made to the "ProgramBank. Front Office" - fields have been added to the client's card and application (the client's tax regime, the expiration date of the application, the purpose code of the requested loan, etc.). Thus, the loan agreement formed in the ABS on the basis of the application will already contain all the necessary information to fulfill the requirements of the 3600-U. Read more here.

Inclusion in the register of domestic software

The software package "ProgramBank. FrontOffice" is included in the register of Russian software (RPO). This was announced by ProgramBank on March 27, 2023.

The inclusion of the complex in the RPO register is confirmation that the ProgramBank. FrontOffice platform fully meets the requirements of import substitution and can be operated without using foreign proprietary software as system software (operating system, DBMS, application server, web browser), using only Freeware products, as well as system software already included in the RPO register.

By January 1, 2025, all banks, as objects of CII (critical information infrastructure), must completely abandon Western software and switch exclusively to the use of products from the RPO or Freeware register.

The ProgramBank. FrontOffice platform is implemented in JavaEE. This allows the customer to select both commercial (proprietary) and Freeware system software.

In 2019 Java EE , platform technologies. ProgramBank FrontOffice began to be used to create applications in the field of RegTech. The first direction of RegTech implemented on the Java EE platform is the fight against cashing out payments (financial monitoring).
