1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS in Astellas company

In June, 2016 1C:Enterprise 8 became known of implementation project finish ". The center of satellite monitoring" and mobile application "The mobile client" in Astellas company.

Field of activity: In departments of the company in the different countries about 15,000 employees work. "Yamanuchi" created in 2005 by a company merger and Fudzhisava, Astellas company purposefully continues development of the first-class medicines in a number of the fields of medicine thanks to activity of the highly professional Center of clinical trials and developments.

The performed works:

• completion of a monitoring system and scheduling according to terms of reference
• geocoding of the provided points
• testing of the modifed software
• approval of data exchange of a monitoring system of the accounting system of the client (1C)
• installation and setup of mobile application to the Customer's employees
• starting the list of employees in base
• completion of "Mobile client" (protection against removal, display of data source (GPS or LBS)
• installation of software on a workplace of the customer
• training of employees of the Customer
• trial operation
• delivery in commercial operation

Result:

• Control of the actual routes allowed to trace all way of the employee and the exact time spent on each object. At arrival on a point (geozone) the automatic notification in the form of an event forms.
• After system implementation of control of work of remote workers, the efficiency of managers and merchandisers of the company considerably increased. The number of delay was reduced by objects and time spent on an object, employees began to use working time more rationally.
• All reports form in environment 1C now and are transferred to the accounting system of the enterprise.
