The Electronic Barnaul portal moved to the Smart-Kit platform

At the end of 2016 in Altai Krai transition of the Electronic Barnaul portal to the software platform of Smart-Kit developed in Academpark by the East company AT Consulting came to the end. The city administration of Barnaul acted as the project orderer.

Using this platform specialists Barnaul administration can make completions of the Electronic Barnaul system without involvement of external contractors and in short terms. For work with the SMART-KIT platform highly skilled programmers are not required, practically any employee of administration who had small training can do it. Thereby the problem of deficit of the IT personnel especially sharp for the state and municipal bodies is solved.

SMART-KIT is a universal platform using which it is possible to automate activity of any departments and the industries. On its basis separation of the information system "Electronic Barnaul" into two separate blocks was made: the portal for citizens and a system for the staff of departments. Blocks will differ in functionality and access to confidential data. The portal will be open for all residents on the Internet, and personal data will be placed in the protected network.

One of key advantages of the SMART-KIT platform is an interface which simplifies development any InformSystems. To receive necessary skills it is enough to complete a short course on mastering of the platform. Using SMART-KIT, any region or department will be able to perform much more projects without increase in the IT budget.
