- The project of CB Vostochny Card of Traveller was implemented with integration of several systems from CFT at once: CFT Loyalty service, RBS platform of Faktura.ru, ABS CFT Bank.
Specialists of the CFT Group completed in 2016 transfer of infrastructure of devices of self-service of Vostochny bank under centralized operation of a cloud platform of SaaS service "Management of Self-service of Networks" (MSSN). The bank passed to commercial operation of infrastructure. More than 1000 devices of bank are connected to USS service.
The project on connection of Vostochny bank to Management of Self-service of Networks service of CFT began in 2015. By this time the bank needed to upgrade a management system for terminal network and to rethink its role in business. Network of devices of self-service - an important part of sales of retail products of Vostochny bank: more than 50% of all individuals clients are serviced in bank using devices, borrowers produce 88% of transactions on account of clearing of the credits via terminals.
Infrastructure of self-service of Vostochny bank differs in geographical separation - from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka. The bank receives software products for management of terminal network from different vendors. These two factors complicated the project. Before start of the joint project with CFT Group bank used different software solutions for control of three types of devices: ATM, cash-in and payment terminals, it created considerable technical restrictions and did infrastructure maintenance bulky and expensive. Such model did not allow to display on a centralized basis and quickly new services and services in all devices, quickly to react to failures and incomplete customer appeals. All this reduced a customer loyalty and prevented bank to organize effectively cross-sellings and to earn from the terminal park.
Within the project the single interface which provided homogeneous information environment in all infrastructure of self-service of bank and convenient navigation for the client is implemented. Now specialists of bank can configure in real time a tree of services and hierarchy of the menu on groups of devices, to manage individual settings of each device, rates, limits, the commissions, to obtain reporting and analytical information on devices.
It was succeeded to simplify significantly network management, except that device received additional service functionality: payment of housing and communal services, personal offers and remote communications with the client for increase in cross-sellings, change of the PIN code in terminals, P2P-transfers, a possibility of display of all customer accounts and transfers between them, acceptance for payment services of cards of third-party bank, repayment of the credits in cash-in devices and management of advertizing content from CRM.

Implementation of USS service lifted the limits caused by use of the diverse systems, and the management of parameters of network made convenient, centralized and operational", – the director of Management of Self-service of Networks service of the CFT Group Victoria Smolenskaya says.
