Biography
Yuri Sergeyevich Rezvyakov was born in 1973 in Leningrad.

In 2003-2011, Yuri Rezvyakov headed the directorate for technological support of training, production and broadcasting at OJSC TV and Radio Company Petersburg (Channel Five). During this time, a complete modernization of the main technological systems was carried out, a network of correspondent points and broadcasting complexes ("Open Studios") was created and the channel was launched in all constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
In 2011-2016, Yuri Rezvyakov held senior positions in a number of large companies, in particular, he was responsible for the technological support of broadcasting the St. Petersburg TV channel and television production of information programs on Channel One.
Moving to Tricolor TV
In December 2016, Tricolor TV announced the appointment of Yuri Rezvyakov as technical director of the company. Igor Kotsarev, who previously held this position, was appointed advisor to the general director on broadcasting issues.
The new head of the technical directorate of Tricolor TV is tasked with creating a technological platform for the introduction of the latest broadcasting formats and innovative technologies for the uninterrupted provision of digital services.
