Biography
Migrants Salavat Jonovich was born on April 3, 1965 in Ufa. In 1987 he graduated from Bashkir State University with a degree in Law. Candidate of Law. He has the class rank of adviser to the state civil service of the Russian Federation of the first class.
1987-2000: Work in business and scientific structures of Bashkortostan
From 1987 to 2000 he worked in various business and scientific structures of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
2000: Lawyer Consultant at the International Industrial Bank
From 2000 to 2003, Migranov served as a leading lawyer consultant, adviser to the manager at the International Industrial Bank.
Also in 2003, he became an adviser to Department No. 1 of the State Research Institute for System Analysis of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.
From 2003 to 2004, he was Deputy Head of the Interregional Inspection of the Ministry of Railways of Russia for the largest taxpayers No. 1.

2016: Appointment as Director of the High-Tech Development Department of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass
