Project Results

The created system helps to keep operational accounting, to control, analyze and plan a company performance. In the 1C: Small Business Management 8 program settlings with employees and partners are carried out, documents of trade, inventory and production control and also documents of cash flow are processed.

In a system opportunities for storage of detailed customer information and their orders ‒ fixing of calls, letters, results of negotiations are created. The built-in document "Order of the Buyer" reflects the inventory, terms of their delivery and total cost. The automated assignment of the statuses to orders "in the course of execution", "is executed", "closed" allows to control customer interaction accurately. Analytical reports on activities, orders of buyers and other articles show to the management a real picture of business and show ways for work optimization.
