Tornado Modular Systems automated production of herbicides in Stepnogorsk

On December 30, 2016 the Tornado Modular Systems company announced automation of Augustus Nan LLP in Stepnogorsk to the Akmola region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For automation of technology processes the innovation management system of "Tornado-N" differing in the increased reliability, simplicity and convenience of service along with cost efficiency was implemented. Such systems are applied to crucial objects where special attention is paid to continuity and safety of production.

In the Tornado-N system all important parameters, work-related a production equipment, are traced and transferred to the automated workplace (AW) of operators of production. Operators have an opportunity to watch system operation at all stages of technology process, to quickly solve the arisen problems in the online mode and also to delve deeper into workflows to increase their performance. Special attention is paid to safety of technology process by production of herbicides.

In a system the system of protection and blocking is implemented, all important components are duplicated, there is a possibility of "hot swap" of separate modules without interruption in work that excludes idle times and emergence of emergency situations on production. All process parameters register and used further for the analysis and preparation of reports.

Until the end of the year we are going to produce not less than 4 thousand tons (this volume is already contracted) and we hope that actual volumes will grow to 6 thousand tons".
