Purchase of the developer of chips for network equipment of IC Plus Corp

At the end of December, 2020 the developer of chips for the mobile devices MediaTek announced acquisition of the chipmaker of broadband access of IC Plus Corp for 1.51 billion Taiwan dollars ($52.94 million) through one of the subsidiary companies. Read more here.
