2018: System implementation of information and analytical support of cooperation of bank with agents and partners

On November 28, 2018 the OTR company announced end of the next stage of the project on system implementation of information and analytical support of cooperation of Renaissance Credit bank with his partners and agents. The solution is developed on the basis of the software platform "SUPPORT" created by OTR company and included in the unified register of the Russian software.

Implementation of service based on "the SUPPORT. Agents and partners" helped bank to solve a large number of the different problems connected with increase in efficiency of interaction with agents and partners. Automation of calculations of agency and commission fees became one of the most important purposes at the first stage.

Except automation of calculations of agency and commission fees, a system gives following features: creation of a personal account of the agent and partner with an option of remote signing of documents, including acts of remunerations, electronic formation of printed forms of agreements and agreements, database maintenance on partners and agents and setup of processes of intra bank approval of documents along the preset routes.

Prior to project implementation processes of interaction of bank with his agents and partners were in many respects manual and labor-consuming that imposed temporary and resource restrictions and also constrained development of a partner and agency network.

Having analyzed the customer's business challenges, the OTR company offered own software platform "the SUPPORT. Agents and partners" based on which the individual functionality, specially under requirements of bank was implemented.

"SUPPORT. Agents and partners" – a universal system for work with agents and partners for any organization having or actively developing this direction. The platform has necessary potential of the modern electronic document management systems (EDMS), including flexible configuration of document flow (DocFlow).

The user-friendly interface of the solution allows to perform the operations provided by regulations of bank step by step: create and approve document packages with divisions, perform necessary procedures in the information system (IS). At the same time the user at each stage has access to a limited set of transactions, and a system upon transition to the next stage controls result.

According to the results of the performed works Renaissance of the Credit received a master system which contains data on all agents, partners and conditions of their cooperation with bank. Besides, the procedure of monthly automatic settlement of an agency and commission fee is supported. Agents and partners of bank are transferred to electronic document management using a personal account.

The solution was prepared in five months. Within the sixth project month it underwent trial operation based on which all master data on a partner network were brought to a system. Agents passed to interaction with bank by means of a personal account.

The bank operates a system on service model with the verified and optimum level of service (SLA) according to a class of criticality of processes determined by the customer.

At the subsequent stages of the project it is planned: expansion of functionality for a personal account of agents and partners; process optimization of interaction of bank with agents and partners and closer integration with information systems of bank.

2015: Project works

  • Creation of service for work with the Partners and Agents of Bank performing a sales activity of credit products.
  • The service created according to requirements of Bank in three months provides:

  • Reducing costs for support of ensuring sales processes;
  • Reduction of risk of loss, distortion and unauthorized access of information, significant for business;
  • Standardization of document flow with partners and in Bank;
  • Monitoring of work of employees on this direction.

Service is provided to Bank according to the SaaS model by OTR company.
