On January 11, 2017 1C Company: TSENTR announced the franchisee end of system implementation of 1C: Integrated Automation 8 in Expert of RTI company.
Project Tasks
Earlier at the enterprise there was no complete system of interaction between departments. It was difficult to trace stages of accomplishment of orders, to control expenses of the company and settlement with buyers and suppliers. When obtaining orders for shipment of combined sets, managers had to calculate manually optimal quantity of necessary goods for the order at suppliers. It delayed accomplishment of requests of clients.
The information system which would help to accelerate processing of incoming requisitions became necessary for increase in efficiency of activity of the company, to organize operational planning of purchases, to strengthen control of a goods receipt from suppliers and accomplishment of customer orders.
Besides, the management Expert of RTI set the task of increase in sales volume as acting, so to new clients. It was for this purpose necessary to optimize product assortment, to increase competitiveness of the prices, to develop new effective policy of interaction with buyers, to accelerate accomplishment of orders.
For the solution of these tasks the 1C: Integrated Automation 8 system was selected. 1C Company became the partner in implementation : Franchisee of TSENTR.
Project Results
- Permanent existence in a warehouse of the goods necessary for operational satisfaction of customer needs is provided. A system automatically calculates optimal inventory quantity - on the basis of data on the current remaining balance, daily average consumption of goods, the selected supplier and data on him, terms and delivery schedules of goods. At decrease in quantity of stocks in a warehouse to the set minimum, a system notifies the manager on need to make the supplier order. Besides, automatic write-off of materials in a warehouse according to specifications for combined orders is implemented - managers do not need to spend time for calculation of necessary goods quantity and its reservation in a warehouse now. Idle times because of the shortage of goods in a warehouse are as a result excluded. Accomplishment of requests of clients accelerated for 15%.
- The detailed expense accounting, the transactions affecting profitability, namely - direct and indirect costs is organized, beginning from packaging cost, finishing with delivery costs of goods and an employee benefit. Evident reflection of expenses in a system helped to reveal reserves for their decrease, as a result it was succeeded to reduce costs of the enterprise for 5%. It gave the chance to manage more flexibly price policy and to offer clients competitive prices of products. Besides, exact information on marginality and profitability of sales helped to optimize an assortment portfolio - the company removed separate types of products from sale and replaced them with more profitable. As a result the profit of the company increased by 17% in comparison with the last quarter.
- Carrying out marketing researches, including ABC, XYZ and BCG of the analysis is automated. On the basis of these conducted researches all clients were separated into groups on set of parameters of rate of purchases and their volume. Individual rules of sales and service were developed and applied to each group: special managers are fixed, automatic systems of discounts, special delivery conditions and payments are developed. It allowed to work with each buyer more selectively. As a result the customer loyalty raised, sales volume grew by 20%.
- Control of a funds expenditure is adjusted. Carrying out requests for a funds expenditure is authorized only now if the amount of the request did not exceed a remaining balance on limits if exceeding happened, then carrying out the request for a funds expenditure is automatically blocked by a system. It allows to observe limits of budgets and to model perspective financial statuses of the enterprise taking into account the available resources.
- Information on results of the current activity of the enterprise - monetary liquidity, urgent liquidity is quickly output to the monitor of the head, debt to suppliers and clients, etc. On each indicator can create the detailed report which includes information on the set purposes, the actual values, responsible, analysis parameters, etc. It helps the head to control quickly a company performance and to make economically reasoned decisions.
