Career

From November 2013 to June 2016, he was an expert in the IT direction of Patent Practice at the Skolkovo Intellectual Property Center LLC.

Since June 2016 - Head of the Patent Department, PJSC Sberbank. Scope of activity: patenting of IT inventions, useful models, industrial designs in the Russian Federation; identification of patentable technical solutions; preparation of bid materials; maintenance of office work on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad; registration of programs in the register of domestic software.

Functional responsibilities:

• Paperwork in accordance with the patent cooperation agreement (submission of applications under the PCT procedure);
• Patenting inventions in the Eurasian Patent Organization;
• Foreign patenting (experience of interaction with attorneys and office management in the countries: USA, Canada, Austria, Germany, European Patent Organization, India, China, Ukraine, Switzerland, Japan);
• Representation in the Patent Chamber;
• Trademark registration in the Russian Federation;
• Registration of computer programs, databases in the Russian Federation;
• Patent studies (patent landscape, patent purity and patentability according to GOST R 15.011-96);
• Expert opinions and consultations on patenting and intellectual property.

In 2021, he founded the Heroes Charitable Fund for Assistance to Medical Employees.
