On January 25, 2017 the AT Consulting company announced start of Profitable Mix service by request of Kazakhstan Beeline operator. The service allows subscribers to integrate mobile communication, the home Internet and television in one rate. The solution is created on the basis of own development of AT Consulting – a management system for requests.

Project Results

The AT Consulting command automated processes of connection and customer service: the solution is created on the platform of a management system for requests which is own development of the company. Work on integration of the module with 10 office information resources of Beeline Kazakhstan among which the system of billing, monitoring, data of the subscriber and others is performed.

Advertizing "KAR-Tel", (2015)

As a part of Profitable Mix service standard packets with a connectivity of several SIM cards and flexible configurations. If the client did not select a suitable packet, then using function of the designer it can independently create a personal rate, proceeding from personal or family needs in communication services. Clients of Beeline Kazakhstan far off, without visits of sales offices and service can connect service.

The implemented system allows subscribers to buy different services in the mode of one window. It means lack of a set of accounts, need to remember different payment dates, different numbers of call centers. Thus, we provide the most convenient and reliable service which allows our clients also to cut down communication expenses.

We are glad to participate in creation of a modern digital product which helps the telecom operator to pursue flexible client policy and to render high-quality services. The project is implemented on Agile-methodology in dense cooperation with a team of the customer – it allowed to build right architecture of the convergent solution and to effectively change business processes under problems of new service.
