In October, 2006 the project stage on system implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0 for automation of accounting, operational and production accounting in Pilot LLC is completed.

As the partner in implementation the Intensive Center "SoftBalance" was selected. Based on assessment of the market of information technologies a system "1C: Enterprise 8.0 was selected. Management of manufacturing enterprise 8.0" 1C companies.

Since October 01, 2006 a system is brought into commercial operation. A system is used in the following divisions: production, accounting, sales department, warehouse, purchasing department.

11 jobs are automated.

When choosing a system the task to completely automate accounting, tax and management accounting was set.

For benefit of a 1C system the factor of the fact that this solution constructed on a modern technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.0, meeting all requirements of the company affected. A system is used for automation of the processes following business:

• production;
• sales;
• inventory control;
• purchases;
• accounting.

For accounting standard modules of the Management of Manufacturing Enterprise configuration are used. In a system managerial, accounting reports necessary for the enterprise form. Within implementation a number of the consulting trainings designed to train users in work with a system was held.
