Since 2011 the Mirror CX company renders services in checks by method the Secret buyer.

In 2015 essentially software product on management of consumer experience - Mirror CX was submitted. Which basic principle of work is constructed on the idea about the complex (omnichannel) approach allowing to assess comprehensively a situation in outlets and to make efficient management decisions. The difficult model of collecting and data processing was developed for its implementation, the quality standards are implemented. A system collects information on the level of accomplishment of corporate standards, satisfactions of buyers ̆ and employee competences on each outlet, division and network in general and represents powerful summary analytics. The intelligent module of event handling creates the list of problems which prevent retail to achieve outstanding results and helps to make the actions plan on increase in satisfaction of buyers. Mirror CX is a 3D analytics for retail.

The Mirror CX company works at the territory of all CIS, in the Baltics, countries of Eastern Europe and in the USA. The unique program of franchizing is open for Russia.

Clients of the company are more than 100 Russian and international retail networks, including Geberit, Sogaz, Soglasie, Ingosstrakh, RESO-Garantiya, Kari, Centro, B&N Bank, PIK Group, the International Airport Sheremetyevo, Bashneft, Zenden, Genser, the Magnet, the Seventh Continent and others.

2017: Starta Capital accelerator

At the beginning of a year during the road show the Russian service for a retail of Mirror CX was selected by Starta Capital venture fund in an accelerator in New York where in the next 14 weeks its active development will be performed.

The program will allow to pass a 2-year way of opening of business to the USA in 4 months and will provide support of the company in four main directions: sales, public statements, marketing, localization of a product. During stay of the Mirror CX command in New York a number of meetings with key investors and experts of the American IT market will be also held. Aksleration will increase the probability of receiving financing from the American funds and angel investors.

Mirror CX is going to continue the expansion to Asia and to the Middle East, as to the most "reteylovsky" countries. To the countries where management of consumer experience also is one of keyword parameters of business and retail forms the basis of the economy.
