On February 3, 2017 the MoneyMan company announced implementation of the Genesys BEP platform.
Project Progress
Within the project solutions of the reporting and analytics, IVR and a system for work of service of collecting the company are implemented. The platform allows to eliminate answering machines and busy lines of subscribers, connecting employees to a conversation at the moment when the client answers an incoming call.
Together with Altuera MoneyMan integrator selected an implementation methodology. Project implementation and debugging of processes took about two months, including development of functional and technical requirements, approval, deployment of infrastructure and integration, personnel training[1].
Project Results
Thanks to the Genesys platform we many times increased the number of the processed requests internal service of collecting the company. At the same time the number of operators remained invariable. The new solution allowed not only to reduce considerably the cost of processing of outgoing calls, but also to receive significant growth of volume of charges on overdue loans. In the project the solution of Genesys which advantages is existence in structure of a packet of add-on functional modules for the solution of different business challenges was deployed. The module of the analytical reporting Genesys Info Mart was involved in this project. The preconfigured packet of Genesys BEP allows to reduce significantly deployment terms and to concentrate efforts of integrator on thin setup of business logic, without risk of failure to meet time constraints of the project.
