Biography

Nikolay was born on October 16, 1962 in the city of Moscow.

In 1986 graduated from the Minsk state teacher training college of foreign languages.

In 2001 the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) graduated from the MFA of Russia.

In 1993 it is employed by the leading specialist of the zhilkomitet of the Western Adiministrative District of Department of municipal housing.

In 1994 it is transferred to a position of the chief specialist of department of municipal housing.

In 1996 became the head of department of financial and economic programs.

In 1999 it is transferred to a position of the head of department of housing policy.

In 2004 it is appointed to a position of the deputy manager.

In 2007 received a position of the First Deputy Head of Department of housing policy and housing stock of the city of Moscow.

In 2010 it is appointed to the position of the Head of Department of housing policy and housing stock of the city of Moscow.

In 2014 it is dismissed from a post in connection with reduction.

For February 6, 2017 Nikolay Viktorovich Fedoseyev works as the head of State Budgetary Institution Multifunction Migration Center.
