VTB 24 bank needed services in consultation, repair and replacement of the equipment of Cisco Systems company. For this purpose at the end of January, 2017 the credit institution announced an open quotation request with the starting price of contracts of 1.11 billion rubles.[1]
The customer is going to receive five service packages, among them support of software applications and the equipment in modes 8x5 and 24x7 for this amount. The technical support of software in addition includes services in updating of solutions, without consideration of questions of introduction of new functionality. Services in reservation and delivery of necessary "iron" in addition belong to support of the equipment. The general period of rendering services – 36 months.
From all services required to bank, the greatest value in assessment of requests of applicants for the contract will have a packet "Support of equipment 24x7 + Reservation 24x7x4 + Delivery to the Customer 24x7x4". Its weight is 55%. Other service packages will be estimated at 5 - 20%.
On February 7 VTB 24 disclosed information on applicants for the contract. According to the published protocol the applications were submitted by 7 companies: "Actor information systems", Inlayn of tekhnolodzhis, Astronis, Step Logic, "Netkyyub", "New service technologies" and "Croc Inc.". The cost at which all works on the contract are estimated at all companies is equal to the starting price of the agreement – 1.11 billion rubles.
The results of purchase should be summed up in March, 2017.
According to TAdviser, the current tender is one of the largest purchases of services of support of solutions of Cisco. In 2016 Rostelecom and Cisco Solutions signed the three-year technical support agreement of the equipment worth 1.14 billion rubles.[2] The same year Sberbank signed the agreement worth 345 million rubles on services of pro-active and reactive support of the equipment and Cisco Systems technologies.[3]
