Ratmanov Mikhail Aleksandrovich

Biography

Mikhail was born on June 28, 1975 in the city of Ivanovo.

In 1998 graduated from the Ivanovo state medical academy.

From 1998 to 2007 worked as the doctor-surgeon of department for adult patients of the Ivanovo regional clinical hospital.

From 2007 to 2010 worked as the chief physician of city clinical hospital No. 8.

Since 2010 on till 2012 worked as the chief physician of city clinical hospital No. 7.

In 2012 received a position of the head of the department of health care of the Ivanovo region.

In 2015 it is appointed to the position of the head of department of the Ministry of Health of the Moscow region.

Since 2016 Mikhail Aleksandrovich Ratmanov worked as the head of the Ministry of Health of the Republic Northern Ossetia-Alania.

2018: Appointment as the Minister of Health of the Samara region

Since October 30, 2018 Mikhail Ratmanov held a post of the Minister of Health of the Samara region to which he was approved by the Resolution of the Governor of the Samara region. In this position he replaced Gennady Gridasov who headed the Ministry of Health of the region since 2012 and on October 29, 2018 left the post.

In the Samara region Mikhail Ratmanov intends to implement the successful practicians applied in those regions where he happened to work. First of all, it is the projects connected with improvement of primary medical care. There are federal projects directed to quality improvement of medical services: Thrifty clinic, "Territory of care", etc. They allow to reduce waiting time of appointment, waiting time of procedures, to increase availability and quality of medical aid elderly, etc.

In the Samara region there is a developed clinical base, good personnel potential. Let's solve jointly assigned tasks on improvement of quality and availability of medical care, development of children's health care, the out-patient help, rural medicine — Mikhail Ratmanov noted.

Taimuraz Tuskayev, the Prime Minister RSO-Alania, thanked Mikhail Ratmanov for the work done for 2.5 years as the head of the Ministry of Health of North Ossetia. According to him, "fruitful, effective collaboration in improvement of material and technical resources of republican health care" was during this time done, system work of medical institutions and occupational retraining of the personnel for the account a fund of health insurance is organized. Besides, there was an updating of transport — about 40% of vehicle fleet are replaced, including district hospitals. Equipped with new machines and the remote localities.

As achievements of the former head of the Ministry of Health RSO-Alania is mentioned also active work of department in the national Health care project.

This project — the element of long-term planning calculated till 2024. Each direction of health care found reflection there. And, since 2019, the republic will receive financial resources for implementation of the drawn-up plans — Taimuraz Tuskayev emphasized.[1]

2020: Armen Benyan is appointed to the position of the minister of the Samara Ministry of Health

On July 8, 2020 Armen Benyan entered a position of the Minister of Health of the Samara region. He succeeded Mikhail Ratmanov who in April went on increase to the Federal Medicobiological Agencies (FMA).
