2018: Representation of the loyalty program to private clients
On June 27, 2018 it became known that PJSC URALSIB Bank submitted to the private clients the loyalty program "URALSIB|the Bonus". The program allows to get bonus points for perfect purchases according to cards of bank and to exchange them for different types of remunerations, including cash-back, or to allocate funds for charity. The Center of Financial Technologies (CFT) acted as the technology partner of the project.
To join the program "URALSIB|the Bonus", it is necessary to connect to it the debit or credit card of URALSIB Bank using Internet bank or personally at office of bank. For each 50 rubles, the goods and services spent for payment within the program "URALSIB|the Bonus", according to the card is charged 1 point. The saved-up points can be used for exchange for cash-back up to 5%, gift certificates from partners of the program, armoring of hotels, an avia and railway tickets, or to go to the charitable purposes.
CFT as the technology partner of the program "URALSIB|the Bonus" provided the complex IT solution providing processing of bonus transactions and integration of the processing platform of CFT Loyalty with the RBS systems of URALSIB Bank (Internet bank, mobile bank) online. Also on the party of CFT development of the customized personal account of the loyalty program with a show-window of available remunerations was performed. In a personal account the participant of the program has an opportunity to browse bonus balance, the history of charge and write-off of points and also to spend the saved-up points.
Bonus", customer move of bank, registered in the loyalty program existing earlier became one of the important tasks which are carried out by CFT in the course of start of the program "URALSIB |. As a result for June 27, 2018 active participants of the rewards program of URALSIB Bank are more than 150 thousand human.
Also specialists of CFT based on the loyalty program "URALSIB|the Bonus" developed the solution for partner banks thanks to which their clients in a personal account will be able to exchange the saved-up points for different remunerations.
All tasks set within this difficult project were carried out in a short time, all requirements of the partner to performance and functionality of the program, to UX of online interfaces, to seamlessness of integration processes and scaling options of the program "URALSIB|the Bonus" were implemented.
2017: Automation of interaction with DIA based on the solution of CFT
- In 2017 Rosbank automated interaction with DIA based on the solution of CFT.
Rosbank and the Center of Financial Technologies company completed the project on implementation in IT infrastructure of credit institution of applications of CFT for interaction with Deposit Insurance Agency (DIA). Business processes of Rosbank, thanks to cooperation with DIA, are transferred to qualitatively new level.
The applications of CFT installed in Rosbank provide automation of all process of interaction with DIA regarding the organization of insurance payments to investors of banks in which there came the insured event – from acceptance of registers of the investors having the right to an insurance indemnity before issue of compensations and sending reports to DIA.
- In 2016 transition to a technology platform of CFT of the loyalty program Compliment of URALSIB bank was performed.
- In 2016 the loyalty program on the co-branded RosbankOK- card was put into commercial operation. The complex project which demanded as integration with the systems of Rosbank and with cash desks of retail chain stores was OK started in record time – less than 2 calendar months. The card allowing to receive up to 7% bonuses from the amount of purchases in retail chain stores of the partner already won big popularity at clients, and the program became one of the largest co-branded card projects implemented in Russia in 2016.
