For the purpose of ensuring smooth functioning of infrastructure of printing, scanning and copying and also expense optimization and quality improvement of this service "Mosgortrans" held several tenders for the choice of suppliers of the corresponding services.[1] their results were summed up on February 9, 2017 and winners are declared.

Dumping did not take place: IT won 5 tenders of Mosgortrans for outsourcing of printing due to high qualification

In total 5 competitions on services of outsourcing of printing for different branches of the customer with a total cost of 220 million rubles were announced. In all five tenders the companies "Biorg" and "IT", participated in three purchases – Delta of Kopirs, in two – Ofistekhservice.

In spite of the fact that IT estimated the cost of the services above, than other participants, this company managed to win a victory in all five purchases. First of all it occurred thanks to an appreciation for qualification. She allowed IT to win competition even at the price of the request exceeding the proposal of other applicant for 80%.

Totally according to the results of all tenders the total cost of services was reduced to 197.8 million rubles.

Within the contract Mosgortrans is going to receive a range of services for ensuring continuity of the business processes connected with printing, scanning and copying within three years. Branches of the enterprise should be provided with the corresponding equipment and account to materials. Besides, the monitoring system and managements of printing should be implemented by forces of the contractor and also the technical support of devices is provided.

Within 30 working days from the moment of signing of the contract the contractor will have to book audit of the existing infrastructure of printing, copying and scanning. In particular, it is required to collect information on a current status of the equipment for determination of need of substitution and optimization of the park of the printing equipment.
