The Sherwood group completed the project on implementation of the information system "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" for automation managerial, production and accounting. Specialists of PiterSoft company (file) were engaged in project implementation. Sherwood Group specializes in production of furniture products under the Line of the Cosiness trademark. Now about 1000 people work at the enterprise.

The created information system ensures functioning of all divisions of the company. Within the project the following business processes are automated: production management, order management, inventory management, purchase management, sales management, management of settlement with partners and also vendor relationship management and buyers, accounting and tax accounting, budgeting.

The implemented system was integrated with the solution "PiterSoft: Process management" that allowed to optimize business processes of the organization, to construct the system of internal document flow, to increase effective management of operating costs and to reduce costs without prejudice to quality of products.
