1C-Rarus: Accounting for a Non-Profit Organization

2023: Removal of box and USB shipments

From March 1, 2023, box and USB deliveries of the 1C: Accounting-Rarus for a Non-Profit Organization software product are withdrawn from sales. The developer announced this on February 22, 2023. Users of the program with USB keys can purchase electronic licenses. Electronic and USB licenses will work together. The procedure for servicing products will remain the same.

Software Product "1C Rarus: Accounting for a non-profit organization" is designed to automate the activities of non-profit institutions of various types.

The main possibilities of the program are accounting for targeted financing, contributions and costs, maintaining a list of sources of NPOs, separate accounting of statutory and income-generating activities, accounting for tangible and intangible assets, reporting.

The product gained popularity among NGO organizations and was purchased 16,000 times. Users highly appreciate the functionality and quality of developer support.

In recent years, the focus of shipments has shifted to electronic format, which allows users to quickly receive and install programs without waiting for boxed copies to be received.

"1C: Accounting-Rarus for a non-profit organization" - a joint product of "1C-Rarus" and "1C" - was presented in February 2017 in version 5.0. The program automates the activities of non-profit organizations of various types and expands the capabilities of the 1C: Enterprise Accounting solution.

The 1C: Accounting-Rarus for Non-Profit Organization 5.0 program optimizes the work of charitable foundations, various partnerships, unions, associations, consumer societies, as well as associations, public, religious and other non-profit organizations.

• 1. Maintenance of business operations in the context of funding sources.
• 2. Detailed analytical accounting on 86 accounts for items of expenses, revenues and sources of financing.
• 3. Accounting for VAT and other taxes.
