Biography

Alexander was born on October 25, 1959 in the city of Nerchinsk of the Chita region.

In 1979 graduated from the Kuibyshev metallurgical technical school.

In 2002 underwent retraining in the Moscow Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

In 2004 - the candidate of pedagogical sciences.

In 1985 got an education at the Kuibyshev polytechnical institute of a name of Kuibyshev.

In 1979 began to work at the Kuibyshev steel works.

In 1985 worked as the car repairs mechanic in Temping office of Sutorminsky drilling department No. 1 of Noyabrskneftegaz production association in the city of Muravlenko.

From 1985 to 1999 worked as the technologist, the shift supervisor, the production engineer, the chief engineer, the chief of branch, the deputy chief on the general questions, the chief of Temping management.

In 1999 received a position of the director of Municipal professional college - SEI Open Source YaNAO "Muravlenkovsky multi-profile college".
