Content

On February 8, 2017 The First Engineer company announced completion of complex works on automation of the ventilatory water-cooling tower on production of EuroChem-BMU LLC (power 6,000 m3ch).

Project Tasks

Main objective of works – normalization of a water turnover cycle of power workshop, performance improvement and improvement of technical and economic indicators of mineral chemical production.

Project Progress

Works on start of the automation system were carried out in the mode of a tough time trouble against the background of continued installation and construction works. It demanded from specialists of "The first engineer" of accurate and coordinated actions in work for achievement of the goal in the planned terms.

In the project progress works are performed:

  • development of the work documentation on automation of the water-cooling tower for needs of a water turnover cycle of Power workshop EuroChem-BMU LLC,
  • purchase and supply of equipment of the automation system (control cabinets of the ventilatory water-cooling tower, KIP)
  • accomplishment erection and balancing and commissioning.

Project Results

The automation system of the ventilatory water-cooling tower of production allowed EuroChem-BMU LLC to reduce costs for energy resources of the enterprise, to save water resources, due to reduction of losses of water in the scraper and to reduce energy consumption of a system of turnover water supply.
